Ordering Data using e-mail (Click here)
To order diagrams and Sectional Title Plans, to be e-mailed directly to you, from the Surveyor-General’s Office using the Autoemailer.

Download diagrams and Sectional Title Plans directly from the Chief Surveyor – General’s database

Using Property Search (Click here)

Choose the Surveyor-General’s Office from which you would like to order data using the pull down menu
Rural (Farm) and Urban (Erven)
Add the Administrative District (Rural) e.g. Malmesbury, Cape or Allotment Area (Urban) e.g. Constantia, Durbanville
Add the Farm number or Erf number e.g. 1234
If you are requesting a portion of a farm add the portion number in the next open field

Using SG Key Search (Click here)

Choose the Surveyor-General’s Office from which you would like to order data using the pull down menu
Enter the diagram number e.g. 12/1999 where the diagram number is 12 of 1999 or for Sectional Title Plans D13/2000 where the Sectional Title Plan number is D13 of 2000
